Larry Kronquist
I attended WWU from 1967-1971 -- got married in 1972 (Melanie Kirk), and went to work as a Research Analyst for the state Department of Social and Health Services the following year in Seattle. We moved to Olympia in 1975 and I continued to work for DSHS for 33 years until 2006. Around 1990, my work transitioned into the information technology field and I was a Network Administrator for the state Mental Health Division in DSHS for 17 years. Melanie and I were divorced in 1982. After retirement, I continued to work in IT as a private contractor, and also became the Treasurer for PFLAG-Olympia, a non-profit organization for parents and friends of LGBTQ youth. My significant other, Diane, and her daughter Hilary, are my world now, and I would probably not be alive were it not for them helping me through triple bypass heart surgery in 2007. I still enjoy playing guitar, going to concerts, fooling around with computers, and fighting for social justice.

Happy Birthday, Don! Did we really do that skit on stage about George Washington and the cherry tree? Good thing there is no video evidence. Hope you are well and happy!
